1) Payments must first be made before sending us the order form.
2) Incomplete order forms will strictly not be entertained. Please email us at iouvshop@live.com should you have any queries regarding the order form before sending it to us.
3) Items purchased from sprees will arrive depending on the seller. Thus, we are not responsible should there be a long waiting period for the purchase to arrive.
4) We are not responsible for wrong colours ,sizes or items that the seller sends to us. Unless the seller is willing to make an exchange or refund, we are unable to make any exchange or refund for wrong colours, sizes, or items sent out by the seller.
5) For local normal mails, we are not responsible for any losses. If you want to ensure safe delivery of your items, please opt for registered mail instead at additional charges.
6) We reserve the rights to decide on locations of meet-ups or self collections.
7) Please read carefully the details on every item that you ordered. As we are not the sellers, we will not entertain any queries regarding the items themselves.
8) Pictures of items may not exactly match that of the physical items themselves. We are not responsible should the item you ordered does not exactly match that of the picture shown on the website.
9) Please double check to make sure that the spree form is filled up properly. We will not be reponsible should there be any wrong orders made to us from you in terms of items, colour, size, or quantity.
10) No cancellations or changes to orders after we have confirmed your order.
11) We reserve the right to shorten or extend the sprees' deadlines.
12) We will make full refunds within 48hours if items you ordered are out of stock or the spree is cancelled.
13) When items are sent to us, we will send out notifications(email) for your 2nd payment.You are expected to pay the 2nd payment within 7 days from the date we send out the notifications. Should you pay any later than that, a late fee of $0.50 per item per day will be imposed. If the 2nd payment any item is not paid to us within 30 days, we assume the item abandoned and it will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Please note that for Sprees which uses Vpost (i.e. American/European Sprees), there are prohibited items to be shipped to Singapore.
