STEP 1
- Download the respective order form(s)
- Fill in ALL necessary fields in the order form(s)
- Calculate and transfer the total amount of to our POSB/UOB accounts (method to calculation can be found in the order form)
- Fill in the payment details ie. transaction/reference number
- Email the fully completed order form(s) to iouvshop@gmail.com iouvshop@live.com
- You will receive our confirmation of orders via email within 48hours.
Please contact us ONLY if you do not hear from us after 48hours.
*NOTE: we do not entertain incomplete order forms or orders that are not paid!
(Please pay using same-bank transfer [POSB to POSB or UOB to UOB] as different-bank transfers will take 3 WORKING DAYS for the funds to be successfully credited into our accounts, so if your sprees close before your funds come in, your orders will not be entertained. Kindly place orders much earlier or get a friend to transfer for you)
*NOTE: Please use your email as your ibank name displayed to us. e.g. iouvshop@live.com ; so displayed name will be iouvshop .

- Wait for your items to arrive
- Bookmark our website iouvshop.blogspot.com to check for updates!
- Add iouvshop@gmail.com iouvshop@live.com to your safelist in case our notification email gets into your junk mail
STEP 3
- Upon arrival of the spree items, we will send out notifications regarding the second payment via email.
- Please pay the second payment within 7days from the date that we sent out the notification. If not penalty fees will be charged.(read terms and condition)
